BREAKFASTS

 

To me, breaking the fast is a real peak of the day. And the way I do it is as varied as the ways I have dinner.  Sometimes I am content with a simple juice. At other timer I need something more filling like nut yogurt that can last me thru the whole day until dinner.



Here, as with other meals I love simplicity and to bringing out the natural flavor of each food. 



It's said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Maybe it is, or maybe it's not. To me, it is breaking the fast from last night and making it as pleasurable as possible without comp-romising with nutritional content or taste.



An outstandingly excellent start on any day is awareness. Delightful, nutritional, amazing, awareness.
